TERMS OF DELIVERY
Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd. offers several fulfilment options for online orders. The applicable delivery or collection terms depend on the fulfilment method selected at checkout.
1. Order Processing and Delivery Hours
Orders will be processed and delivery attempts will be made Monday to Friday (considered as business days), between 9.30am and 6.00pm, excluding public holidays.
2. Order Confirmation
Orders will only be confirmed and processed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Delivery Lead Time
Upon order confirmation, items will be delivered within:
- 3–5 business days from March to October; and
- Up to 10 business days from November to February.
Delivery timelines are subject to unforeseen circumstances, including production, logistical and courier-related delays.
4. Delivery Fee and Coverage
A delivery fee applies to all home delivery orders within Singapore, based on the total order weight:
- Up to 10kg: S$10.00
- Above 10kg to 15kg: S$15.00
- For every additional 5kg or part thereof above 15kg: an additional S$5.00 applies.
Delivery is available island-wide within Singapore, excluding Changi Airport, Tuas and other restricted areas.
5. Order Amendments
NO AMENDMENTS / ADD-ONS are allowed once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery address details, including missing block or unit numbers, may experience delays in processing and delivery.
7. Delivery Arrangements
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services. Specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be accommodated.
8. Unsuccessful Delivery
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep. No further delivery attempt will be made.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is safe and accessible for doorstep delivery. Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring after the package has been delivered to the stated address.
Effective from 1 November 2026
1. Smart Locker Self-Collection
Customers may select Smart Locker Self-Collection during checkout.
2. Collection Window
Collection is strictly limited to the selected collection date and timeslot. Customers are required to collect their orders within the selected collection window.
3. Earliest Collection Date
The earliest available collection date is 3 business days after the order is placed.
4. Rescheduling
One-time complimentary rescheduling is available only when the rescheduling request is made at least 2 business days before the selected collection time.
A S$5.00 rescheduling fee applies if the request is made less than 2 calendar days before the selected collection time.
Rescheduling is not allowed within 1 hour of the selected collection time.
After the collection window has expired, customers may reschedule for S$5.00, subject to availability, or opt for home delivery at the applicable delivery fee.
Any fees paid for the rescheduling of Smart Locker Self-Collection will be forfeited and are non-refundable should the order subsequently be converted to home delivery.
5. Collection Date and Timeslot
Customers are expected to adhere to their selected collection date and timeslot to facilitate the smooth and efficient collection of orders.
6. Changes to Collection Arrangements
Any changes to the collection date or timeslot are subject to Smart Locker availability and the applicable terms set by Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd.
7. Collection Confirmation
An order will be deemed collected once the assigned Smart Locker compartment has been opened using the designated access method.
8. No Walk-In Collection
Walk-in purchases and walk-in collection are not available at Uniform Hub @ Ubi. Customers must place their order online and select an available Smart Locker Self-Collection timeslot or Home Delivery during checkout.
9. Uncollected Orders
If an order is not collected within the selected collection window, customers may reschedule collection for S$5.00 or opt for home delivery, subject to the applicable delivery fee.
Applicable only to specific schools during the year-end period, as announced to parents and students.
1. Collection Location
Orders designated for school collection must be collected at the designated school collection point and CANNOT be reserved or collected at Uniform Hub @ Ubi.
2. Eligible Products
Generic products such as plain socks and shoes are not eligible for School Self-Collection and will need to be purchased separately through the applicable sales channels.
3. Collection Appointment
Upon order confirmation, customers will select their school collection date and timeslot to collect their order from the designated school collection point.
4. Delivery Charges
As customers collect their orders directly from school during the designated collection period, no delivery charges apply.
5. Collection Date and Timeslot
Customers are expected to adhere to their selected collection date and timeslot to facilitate the smooth and efficient distribution of orders at school.
6. Changes to Collection Arrangements
Any request to change the selected collection date or timeslot is subject to availability and the applicable terms set by Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd.
1. Order Consolidation and Production
Upon order confirmation, pre-orders will be consolidated at the end of the ordering period before production commences.
As pre-ordered items are specially produced based on confirmed orders, ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE STRICTLY NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE once the order has been confirmed.
Customers are strongly advised to check the required sizes carefully before placing their pre-order.
2. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, the cancellation request is subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. An approved cancellation is subject to a S$10.00 cancellation fee.
3. Production Lead Time
Production may take approximately 2–3 months from the end of the ordering period, subject to production requirements and circumstances.
4. Collection Method
Pre-orders will be distributed through school collection/distribution. As orders are collected through the school distribution arrangement, no delivery charges apply.
5. Collection and Distribution Information
Customers will be informed via email notification and/or school announcements regarding the confirmed collection date, time and distribution arrangements.
6. Changes to Production and Distribution
The estimated production lead time and distribution arrangements are subject to change due to production or logistical circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant changes where applicable.

Delays
While Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd. will endeavour to meet the stated delivery and collection timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include courier delays, production delays, logistical disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Policy Amendments
Shanghai School Uniforms Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Delivery at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply.
