For P1 (Academic Year 2026):

• You have a choice of purchasing
1. Set of 10 pieces (S$12.00)
2. Set of 5 pieces (S$6.00)
• Mode of receipt
1. Mail with tracking ($3.50)
• Payment mode will be PayNow or Creditcard ONLY
• Order between 15 October to 26 November 2025
• Processing and delivery takes between 5-6 weeks
• Note that name on the nametags needs to be officially registered with the school during enrollment. (eg. Tan Ying Jie, Tony Tan) Nicknames are not acceptable on the nametags. Surname has to be included.
For P2 to P6 (Academic Year 2026):

• Mode of receipt
1. Mail with Tracking (S$3.50)
• For orders placed between 1 October 2025 to 8 December 2025, nametags will be ready to mail out in 6 weeks from order date.
• Note that there will not be any in take of orders between 9 December to 31 December 2025.
• Orders placed during this period (9 December to 31 December 2025), will be taken as orders placed on 2 January 2026.
• For orders placed during the school term, processing time will take 5-6 weeks during peak season (September – January) and 2-3 weeks during off-peak season (February – August).
• Payment mode will be Paynow or Creditcard ONLY.
Note:
- Name tags WILL NOT be delivered together with uniform orders.
- Payment for name tags will be directly to Stitchwerkz.
